Easiest way is, copy xen block ( title, root, kernel and initrd lines ) from menu.lst file of SuSe and paste in /boot/grub/menu.lst file of Ubuntu.

If you re-install SuSe GRUB, you have to add an entry of Ubuntu in its menu.lst manually.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
