What version of suse are you running? It's included in recent releases, so I assume you're using an older version of suse. Well, to be clear, are you running OpenSuse or Suse Enterprise?

I was really just linking to the project page to help point you in the right direction. I don't know suse well, so I couldn't guide you more. But the best way to install software is through the package manager, YaST.
YaST/Modules/Software Management - openSUSE Though in this case, I might recommend upgrading to a newer release, which, as I said, would have it installed by default.

If you can't find the package, there are various rpm search sites, like rpmbone where you might be able to find a package. (rpm in this context is a package format. More on what rpm means.)

If that all fails, you can try building the program from the source code, but that's the least preferable method.

If you don't need to remember wireless keys and don't like typing in the root pw all the time, the SuSE exclusive kinternet is an excellent Internet connection management utility; my favorite by a long shot to anything else I've seen so far.
