Squid/Webmin Problems
Trying to configure Squid/Webmin.
Basically the issue is that when I try to 'Apply Changes' to Squid I get:
squid: ERROR: No running copy
Yet, when I goto 'Running Processes', search for 'squid', I get this:
ID Owner CPU Started Command
3775 root 0.0 % 07:53 /usr/local/squid/sbin/squid -sYD
3777 squid 0.0 % 07:53 (squid) -sYD
I look into /usr/local/squid/var/logs/squid.pid and see it's set to 3777. There are other PID files in that directory called squid.pid~ and squid.pid~~
squid.pid~ has 3775
squid.pid~~ has 5649
I've also gotten an error when I've tried to update squid that said that the PID couldn't be found. My guess is that Webmin is getting the PID from some magical location, but I can't figure out where. Is my configuration screwed up somewhere?
Seems like Webmin doesn't know how to locate and restart Squid...
Any help would be greatly appreciated and worshiped!
