    10.3 +.wav+PACPL + Amarok ==.????

    10.3 + I have some .wav files I want to listen to via Amarok or Kaffeine I have PACPL to convert the files, what format do I need to get them into, and if it's more than one step, pls advise how to do it. Ta.

    AFAIK standard wave files play just fine. To play proprietary codecs you will need to install some things

    Restricted Formats/10.3 - openSUSE-Community

    If you want to convert to an open format OGG VORBIS normally with a .ogg extension may be what you want.

    Thanks, the .ymp did fine-I've saved it for future reference. That was the easiest fix I've had for quite a while.
