    One way is that if you know the URL of the repo, you can navigate to it with your web browser and grab the files you need, but you have to download all the dependencies as well, or the other person won't be able to complete the updating process with no internet connection.

    You can get repositories on DVD for opensuse.
    Package Repositories - openSUSE

    It's also possible to create your own, but I have no idea how to do so in suse.
