    [SOLVED] Flashplayer 10 on OpenSuSE?

    Hi,
I am trying to install flash player on OpenSuSE 11.0 (32-bit) but could not make it through..

I followed an OpenSuSE step by step guide to install flashplayer where it was asked to download Adobe flash player and extract it. Then execute ./flashplayer-installer but when i downloaded and extracted the install_flash_player_10_linux.tar.gz from adobe's site , all i got was a single file i.e. libflashplayer.so.

In Ubuntu i copied this file to /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/ and then the flash player was working very fine in the browser but there is no such directory in OpenSuSE. There is however /usr/lib/firefox but there is no plugins directory in /usr/lib/firefox.

Where should i move libflashplayer.so? or from where should i get the tar file mentioned in above link? Any ideas.??

    Thanks a lot.

Thanks I found it out just a while ago. On OpenSuSE we need to move libflashplayer.so to /usr/lib/browser-plugins
