Hello and Welcome. Check your system package manager (add remove programs) for installing regular software and file sharing software packages like GTK-Gnutella and LimeWire...there is also bit torrent software available too. I use GTK-Gnutella myself.

The Linux version of eMule is called aMule. It should be installable from the Suse repository. You can also find it here:
Software.openSUSE.org
