how to create slideshows and saved as mpg format?

    Hi,

Is it possible to save a list of images (png) into slideshows (with interval specified), and then save it as mpg format so that it can be played on other computers (even MS windows)? Thanks!

You could use OpenOffice Impress to make a slide show. Not sure about converting to mpeg but it will run in OpenOffice in Windows also. And you can also save it in .ppt format ie MS PowerPoint and it should run in MS office or any of several others.
