    Yast - Software- Software Management shows all installed package and all packages available to install.

    when go to yast->Software Management by Installation overview i see nothing why ?

    What do you mean nothing?

    There are lots of packages installed on a working system . You do not just get a list of everything. Select patterns or package groups. In Linux the whole operating system is just a collection of packages.

    The things that are checked are installed those that are not are available from the active repositories.

    You can find your installed rpm packages:

    rpm -qa
