Suspending the computer
If you chose "Suspend computer" instead of "Turn Off", all your work is saved on the disk, and when you turn on again, you proceed directly to where you left it.
However, on a dual-boot machine, sometimes you want to work with the second OS while the first one is suspended. On openSUSE 10.3, it is difficult, since you don't get the GRUB menu when you come back from the suspension. Is there a way to configure the system to suspend without pre-setting GRUB to auto-load openSUSE ?
I believe there must be a way, because it works this way in Ubuntu.
