    You do realize that this is a volunteer based site. It may take a bit until someone that knows how to solve the problem logs in.

    In the mean time you really need to tell use more. What Video tuner card? What have you tried? What does not work? What version of Suse?

    This is similar to a hybrid tuner, except there are two separate tuners on the card. One can watch analog while recording digital, or vice versa.
