Also it is not recommended to use the videolan repository. Use Packman instead for multimedia.

Eh, having the VLC repo installed is good for installing libdvdcss and a few nice codec packages not found on Packman, but after that, you can disable it.

Too many simultaneous repositories slow things down as well as up the odds for conflicts. You then end up going through them one-by-one in Yast.

Way, way too many.

As a rule you should only keep OSS,Non-OSS,Update,Packman and maybe one for the video driver. The rest should be disabled or removed once you got what you want from them.
