I am running open SUSE 11.1 on my AMILO Pro 2030.

All appears to be running ok, however over the last couple of days, when I turn on my laptop, the touchpad fails to function, have to disconnected and turn on again, sometimes works on third or forth try, however today had to do six times.

Has anyone else had this problem, and,if so, how did they resolve it.

If permitted, would like to ask another question, been trying to get new splash screen, but although on desk org. it says get new screens, cannot open new theme file, obviously doing something wrong.

Any help on the above would be appreciated.
