    Domain Name Server, Pt 2

    DNS suse 10.3 using yast.

    Names have me all confused.

    My domain is "CZY.CA"
My DN registrar says my name server must be: "ns1.czy.ca"
The computer installed with the router and DNS is called "mother".

In the dns config master file, I'm all confused about which
name goes where, and who is a alias, etc. See below.

Should I change the computer name from "mother" to "ns1"?

    Any suggestions appreciated.

    Sincerely
    /b

This is because the machine name is no longer asked for unless you select the advanced install.

You can change it in Yast-Network Settings-Host Name/DNS tab
