Print with Linux via D-Link DIR-320 router/print server

I haven't even figured how to print on a Linux computer directly connected to printer yet, so I may be jumping ahead of myself, but I want to print on a networked-shared printer.

That is, this printer is connected to a D-Link DIR-320 router which is really designed for Windows, as pretty much all hardware is.

    Where do I even begin?

I've heard of CUPS and Samba, but I don't know if they're relevant here.

Generally go to Yast-Hardware-Printer and set things up.

Note in some cases you may need to install a specific print driver for a specific printer.

Connection Wizard - YAST > Access Network Printer or Printerserver Box via...

Firstly is this the correct selection for sharing a printer on a router with printer hosting capability?

Secondly what in the blazes is IPP? How do I find out what is mine, what to type into this field, if it is applicable?

    See picture.
