    How can install the full dvd of suse 11.2 on my usb hd.

    I found solutions but only for the live-cd. Not for the dvd version.

    Maybe give it a try using UNetbootin:

    UNetbootin - Homepage and Downloads

    It should work.



    Edit: oops... sorry, just noticed you said DVD version and USB HD (not USB flash drive), so I don't know on that one. Still may be worth checking out, though.

    A CD install is not bad it just does not have all the packages on a DVD these can be installed later as needed from across the net.

    I don't think you can do a DVD install from USB. You must use the CD image.
