    Unless the maker provides a driver sane it the only game in town AFAIK.

    As gogalthorp mentioned, your only hope is a sane driver. In general, you can check if your device is supported via

    SANE - Supported Devices

    I note two microtek drivers exist (and they may or may not support your model)
