Hello and welcome to the forums!

You might be able to run it using WINE, depending on what the exe file is:

WineHQ - Run Windows applications on Linux, BSD, Solaris and Mac OS X

    Unable to install Wine

Whenever I try to install wine, I got this error message; "Could not find the rpm-Package in Pool". Any idea?

what application are you trying to run? often there is a linux native application that is equivalent, rarely do you need wine for anything other than games

You might need to add the correct repository to get Wine installed. You can check this OpenSuse article for some info on getting it installed and setup properly:

    Wine - openSUSE
