If you are wanting to install VirtualBox as suggested above by edroid, you can go to your main menu in Opensuse and go to System->Administration->Install/Remove Software. This is YAST the software manager and installer. Look for Virtual Box and install it. There are numerous tutorials on using it, just google VirtualBox on Opensuse.

There is Suse Linux Enterprise Desktop which has a 60 day evaluation version. After that, no patches or updates are available unless you pay an annual fee for updates and technical support.

Opensuse is free to download and use.
