Do a fsck using a live cd.

ok. What live cd can i use for this? what do you recomment me (a link)?
Therefore,i put live cd and type fsck in a terminal and logical it will correct the problem.

And latest question: data in disk can be losed with fsck procedure?

    No. Recommended Distro

Gparted is included in Parted Magic Live cd. You can do the fsck in gparted .

If concerned about losing data before doing a file system repair. Use the Parted Magic Live cd to back up any data you wish to keep. I however have not lost any data doing a fsck (my own personal experience).
