new kernel with bluetooth related problem

    Hi everyone

My OpenSuse 11.0 Installation CD come with kernel 2.6.25

and there was no support for my wireless hardware
so for that purpose I compiled kernel 2.6.38 install it and put a ucode file in /lib/firmware
and then hopefully wireless works and I m using internet

but the bluetooth do not start at boot time and to use it I have to press that bluetooth button at boot time

what I do for this pressing button at boot time.

    please help.
    thanks in advance.

I had similar problems LONG time ago
may be that's just your price to "pay" for using in the openSuSE 11.4 age a very old 11.0 version.
In the current version I no longer have that problem
your experienced problem existed on my laptop until opensuse 11.3 and has vanished in the current version

In current versions, normally if you properly shut down from KDE, on next reboot it reactivates current status before shutting down.

that last current status however is lost when using command line (CLI) halt

there may be other solutions - keep in mind that the linux world progresses much faster than other OS and it always is generally beneficial to use updated current versions.
