I removed the new user account but nothing changed. When I open Password User Account and enter current password, says "Conversation with passwd failed" and "permission denied".

You are not really giving enough information for anyone to be able to helpful. What specific steps did you take to try to change the password? What did you do to try to change the encryption method?

If you removed a user and entered the password you can't expect anything to happen. You need to be more clear as to exactly what you are doing and how.

First, everything was normal and I added a new user from "yaST2 -> Users and Group Administration". But I didn't checked "passwordless login" and I added a new user.
Later I opened terminal and I logined as a new user. I realized that I logined using my other user password. I suspected that and l logout and found that I can login KDE or terminal with passwordless for every user.
I removed a new user but nothing changed for other users. I changed the "password encryption" from "yaST2-> Users and Group Administration" but nothing changed.

    I am using opensuse 11.4.
