Add New hard disk ,causing the system fail to start!!!1

Hi,everyone
The imaging following ,i add new hard disk (not format) ,It give me a surprised but i don't know why

Hi -

This should be the name confusion causing trouble. The disk is assigned name on first-come-first-served basis. This means, sdaX for the first, sdbX for the second, and goes on.

Go for uuid based grub configuration for your root device or simply try changing root device to sdb.
