Hi and Welcome !
Exactly which version of OpenSUSE do you have? OpenSUSE 11 was release in 2008 and is no longer supported. You will face a lot problems during Package Installation.
Press Esc key after switching on computer to enter in BIOS settings. You have to create space for Windows OS before starting its installation. And if maybe i want to switch back to Windows, how can I go to BIOS to install Windows??It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Are you using Opensuse or Suse Linux Enterprise Desktop? You can find out by opening a terminal and entering:
cat /etc/issue
or cat /etc/release
and check the output. If it is version 11.0 which is no longer supported, you will not be able to install VirtualBox or other software in the normal way, from repositories.
Here is a link to info on downloading and isntalling VirtualBox from the Sun web site to Opensuse, for version 11.1.
