How to convert WAV to M4A/AAC with Constant Quantizer @ 500 ??
I want to convert my whole music collection in wav to m4a for my android device.
I want that the aac has "constant quantizer" and not VBR!
How to do that?
ffmpeg should do it, I'm right??
