kde switch user cannot move the box down the screen

hello ....i am trying to move the switch user box that appears at the top of the screen when user selects switch user in kde in opensuse 12.1 ..it will move across the the top of the screen but not down ..this also happens in opensuse 11.4 ..

if anyone can point me in the general direction to do this that would good ... !

I'm not a KDE user, so I may be way off base here...
Can't you add that applet to the bottom panel?
