HI.
I am totally noob in Linux. I just got SuSe 11 and am trying to figure out how does it works.
I cant play any video on my players, dont know why.
So i would need to someone who can guide me step by step which Video player (like GOM, Real Player etc...) which program to download, where to download, how to download and how to install.

You didn't say what kind of videos you are wanting to play, but if it's those with restricted formats such as DVD movies, try this article for the info you will need to get your system setup for playing them:
Restricted formats - openSUSEoz

make sure you installed the following using oss, non-oss, packman and libdvdcss repositories
players:
xine
mplayer
vlc player
codecs:
transcode
libdvdcss
libdvdcss2
w32codecs
plugins:
all pertaining to multimedia, video, audio, movies
that does it usually for me ... all those, as far as i know are available as debian or rpm

VLC will play any music or video that you need,try it first.
libdvdcss2 will allow you to view restricted formats.
