Unable to run VMware on SLED10 SP3 (Floating point exception)

    Hello All,

I have installed successfully VMware workstation (VMware-Workstation-Full-8.0.2-591240.i386.bundle).

The installation was fine, but when i try to run it, every time gives this error:

    Code:
    king:/tmp # vmware

    /usr/bin/vmware: line 92: 31106 Floating point exception"$BINDIR"/vmware-modconfig --appname="VMware Workstation" --icon="vmware-workstation"
Any hint how to resolve it?

    Code:
My kernel version for the SLED is: /tmp # uname -r
    2.6.16.60-0.54.5-bigsmp

Is your system a 32-bit, or 64-bit processor? If 64-bit, are you running a 64-bit OS?
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
