Printing SLES9
Hi,
I am using HP officejet 6210 printer as a network printer under SLES9. The last line of the page would not print. Is there away to solve this problem? Can the page bottom margin be changed?
Thx

I'm not familiar with that printer, so I can only make a few general suggestions.
It could be that you're trying to print a US-paper size page on an A4 sheet, the US size one is slightly longer and narrower - and could result in the cutting off of the bottom of the page.
Does it change if you set the paper size or use 'shrink to fit' in your client when you try to print?
I assume you're using Cups to do the printing service on your server, have you logged onto the cups server's web page and taken a look at the settings for the printer - you may need to tweak the default paper setting, or perhaps there's some other configurable parameter that is set incorrectly? You can usually log onto the cups page with http://<server name>:631, and log in as someone who has permissions to modify the printer (probably root).Linux user #126863 - see http://linuxcounter.net/
