Do you need to copy over the VC80? See the WineHQ AppDB entry for Crysis:

Not sure, I haven't done it yet. I'm new to Linux do you know where I can get instructions for copying over VC80. Thanks for reply

Try Winetricks. I've used it before for other MS stuff, not sure if it has VC80. Originally Posted by dono725
