    Hi and welcome

I didnt read the install documentation, but usually it is "./configure", not "../configure"
One dot means the current directory, two the parent.

So in which directory are you and does it contain a configure?
    Code:
    pwd
    ls -la

Ok, the install document does say "../configure"
Are all the required dependencies fullfilled?
And please paste the exact error in CODE tags.

Ok, unpack ngspice-25.tar.gz and cd into its directory, as indicated by the INSTALL file.
In that ngspice-25 directory, there is a configure.
