VintageOS - how can I use javascript with W3M?

I'm working on my own distro based on OpenSuSE 12.3. I'm using SuSE Studio. My GUI is X and Icewm.

For browser I'm using w3m. Great software, but it doesn't support javascript. It does support Images.

Does anyone have a workaround for this?

    hi,

no, there are no good work-arounds for this issue (getting javascript to work in text-based browsers). javascript is pretty solidly a graphical browser capability. at least that is what i determined, the last time i was in this boat.
