Any way to control disk space usage per user

I have a mount point /var/all_users which can be accessed by 3 users. The total space is 32G. All 3 users run application which create output files to /var/all_users/userx directory where x is 1, 2 or 3. Is there a way to control the max space that a user can use ? I do not want one user using up all the disk space resulting applications running by user 2 and 3 crashing on disk space shortage,

You have been around for some time, so I assume you did your homework before posting. What exactly need you help with? Search the net?
