    The dvd iso comes without some commercial packages that are on the "boxed" version. It is a fully functional system. No phone support, and no expiration.
    There are two major products that come out of Berkeley: LSD and UNIX. We don't believe this to be a coincidence.

    installing from HD

    I would like to ask, if it's possible to install SuSE 9.2 FTP Edition from Hard disc (using image stored on HD just as source), because I have no DVD drive. Thanks

    So what does the 'Evaluation' mean? Is there any limitation put on the Suse 9.2 Pro Eval??

    No limits...just doesn't have a couple of the commercial apps they send with the full distro.
