    How to get Surround Sound Working (SoundBlaster Live 5.1)

    Im wondering how to get Surround Sound working in Linux. I have a soundBlaster Live 5.1, and Logitech Z540 speaker setup. Right now sound only comes from the front two speakers.

    Hi, I have an audigy II in my system and it is working fine, all I did was: opened ALSAMIXER in a console and increased the volume in the respective speakers. (it has an indicator for front, left, right, center...).
