    Suse 9.3 + HomePNA internet doesn't work?

    Hi!
I've installed Suse Linux 9.3 on my computer.
I'm a linux-newbie, but i've used Ubuntu and Fedora core for several months, so I know at least something.
I'm probably having problems with Kernel 2.6:s pcnet32-module, which is used by my HomePNA network-card.
I've heard that it might be possible to get HomePNA working with suse 9.3 by using kernel 2.4:s pcnet32-module, but I have no idea how to do that..
What should i do in order to get internet working with Suse?
I appreciate your help very much.

IIRC, you should be able to load the module via YAST, if you look into "network devices" and select "network card". Here you should also be able to configure setting for it.

if you want to tell the system which module to use for the network card, yast -> network devices -> network card -> select your card -> hardware details. Then enter the correct module name under hardware details.
Life is complex, it has a real part and an imaginary part.

I've told yast to use module pcnet32 (at least that module worked fine with Ubuntu 5.04 and Fedora Core 3) and the parameter homepna=1.
