i popped in a cd, a music cd to be precise, and the cd icon comes up, except i get an error when i try and click it. So i went to the properties and said 'calculate' and it gave me this error report: Could not mount device. mount:can't find /dev/hdc in /etc/fstab or /etc/mtab .anyone got any ideas ?

You do not mount a music cd. You play it unmounted.
