Ive got Suse 10.0 on a Toshiba laptop, with an oronico gold card.

I can ping my gateway but when i ping google is says unknown host.

I can even open a browser and type the router address and access the router but no http.

put a nameserver's IP in /etc/resolv.conf in this form
    Code:
    nameserver xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
your router most likely has a dns server in it so place its ip in /etc/resolv.conf
