Help With Instlation
Ok well I have a huge problem I am trying to fix with my SUSE Linux Installation. I have been looking around the net for help but haven’t found any. It started when I decided to Install SUSE on my HP that was already running Windows XP Media. I didn’t want to erase any of my data so I thought I would run SUSE completely off my 300 GB external hard disk. When I first installed the first disk I think it might have partitioned my hard disk inside my computer too. So to save from any more data loss I unplugged my hard disk from inside my computer and set my bios to boot from my USB drive. I than installed the SUSE disk again on my external hard disk. When I rebooted my computer and tried to run the first disk off my hard disk. Unfortunately every time I run it off my hard disk it runs into an error and just stops the installation process. When I run it in Failsafe mode it runs this error:
waiting for device /dev/sdd2 to appear: .................................. not found
-- exiting to /bin/sh
Can someone tell me what’s going on and what I can do to fix this?

casperIt is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
