SuSE 10.1 live dvd won't boot
I'm trying to get the live dvd to run on my laptop. The screen which lets you pick between KDE and Gnome comes up as expected. When i pick either one, it seems to be loading normally but then i get a screen with the following several times:
modprobe: FATAL: Error running install command for block_major_##
##, being a number. The computer's frozen by this point. Any ideas? The computer's got a core duo and runs Ubuntu dapper flawlessly if that makes any difference.
