Using SuSe 10.1 & Evolution 2.6.0

I had searched everywhere I could think of for information re Evolution 2.6.0 (including the “Help”) but can't find the answers to a couple of applications.

I am hoping that someone can provide me with some help &/or inform me where such help can be found.

1.Signature in outgoing mail.
a. How can one choose the font and colour of a signature?
b. How can one default the signature to automatically be part of every outgoing message?

2.Fonts used in composing mail.
a. How does one change the font and the colour? When I go to “Format” there are no choices?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
