Setting up wireless network with SuSE

    Hello friends,

I am brand spankin' new with Linux and SuSE. Just installed it fresh on a cheap computer I got for testing things out. I've installed a wireless-G PCI adapter (model number: WMP54G) which worked perfectly with my home network on Windows XP, which I had installed before I installed SuSE.

So, most of the install process completes and the setup program then tries to configure my card with my network and give me access to the internet. I set the name of the network and entered my WEP code. Setup then prompts me that I can test my connection to the internet and the test ends up failing. I feel a bit lost now and I am a bit afraid I may have set some of the setting wrong.

If anyone can help me I out it would greatly appreciated. If you need anymore information please just ask.

    Thank you!
