Replace Mainframe - New Linux admin

hi: I am a new linux admin and have just signed up on this linux forum. This post is only to test that all is working ok and that i understand how this forum works.
A little background. We are migrationg our mainframe environment to a Linux Suse 9.x platform. The mainframe envir includes everything from Adabas/natural products to Cics, Printing, Oracle, Db2, and all the other junk that a mainframe normally has.

If i could just get a few responses to make sure my post works. Thanks .

Best of luck. That's a mighty tall order. I also work for a mainframe Natural/Adabas shop, and can't imagine trying to replace our transactional system.

Welcome to the 21st Centry is all I can say. I do not admire your migration task.

Did you mean envy instead of admire?
