Gnome to KDE
I know that this has been asked before in these forums, but I can't find an thread/answer that works for me.
I have installed SuSE 10.1 with the Gnome Desktop, I would like to have the option of using either the Gnome or the KDE Desktop. I have disabled the auto login from yast but don't have the option to login to KDE in the login menu. I have looked in yast & I seem to have some kde options installed, but there does not seem to be a kde desktop entry that I can add.
I can't find a KDE Desktop in Packman.
How can I ensure that I have the KDE Desktop installed, & available on the login menu.
In other words, how do I get to use both KDE & Gnome on the same machine without reinstalling from scratch.
Is there a way that I can install KDE from my SuSE 10.1 installation DVD without disturbing my Gnome setup.
When I installed SuSE, I tried choosing both KDE & Gnome in the options but it would not allow me to do this, it would only allow one or the other.
Thanks.
