    no access to internet though SUSE detects my wireless card

    look at your hardware info and whats under driver and module

    Could u tell me how to look at those information? The wireless card on my machine is Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2200BG Network Connection

    under yast->hardware->hardware information->network cards->

    then look for drivers and see what it says
