Trouble Making Ndiswrapper
Hello friends,
I am indeed new with Linux and I have been trying to hook my Linux machine up to my wireless network. I did a little research and learned I would need Ndiswrapper to install the network cards drivers, so I downloaded it, put the downloaded file on my Linux machine and extracted it. The extraction process went well and now it is time to make and make install.
This is where I have my problem. After the first make command I get an error, like the following..
Can't find kernal build files in lib/modules/2.6.13-15-default/build;
give the path to kernal build
I am a bit confused now. Are these kernal build files on my computer, how could I search my machine for them and if they aren't on my PC where could I go to find them and how will I install them?
I don't mean to nag with my questions but I am quite anxious to get a linux machine connected to my network. Then I feel I can really start to learn it's in's and out's. I will greatly appreciate any reply, tip or comment.
Thank you!

hi
load up YAST
go to software management
in search box, enter 'kernel' or 'source'
there should be an item listed 'kernel-source' - this will be UNCHECKED.
CHECK THE BOX, and that box only, then hit accept.
once that is done, run make again and it should work fine.
