Seems the problems keep mounting up, like my posts to be honest

Ive just realised that Im only getting sound through my right channel on my speakers?! its deffinatley not a fault with the speakers as the same occurs with 2 sets of headphones and the speakers work fine in windows.

Ive checked out kmix, and check alsa mixer, nothing is muted of any significance! This really has got me stumped, the sound card is Nvidia CK804 onboard sound if that helps?
