    Controlling internet trafic

    Hi

    I have a small network with ADSL internet throu router. I have several computers connected via switch. How can I set QoS for every computer separately (to confugure bit rate for every computer centralized). Some computers are windows based so I cannot use tc (also tc - traffic controler is not centralized). Is there any software for this porpos under SuSE?

    Setup a linux box to act as a router for all of your other systems. Then they will route through the Linux box, apply QoS rules and then the packets will be sent to the aDSL router for delivery. This turns the linux box into a traffic shaping router.
