Of course! I've been "blessed" with a dial-up connection this year. I must have been a real bad ass last year to deserve this.

When clicking on Installation sources in YAST, it takes very long for it to load. The frame and window appear, but there is no content, except for the help text on the left side of the window. I only have a few sources in it like:

guru
packman
inst-source
non-oss-inst-source
update/10.1 (official suse update mirrors)

For some reason, they are always being updated every time I run Installation Sources. Why? I don't want it to do that every time I open the damn thing! Sure, I could probably disable "refresh" but then the automatic systray updater won't work (am I wrong here?) Also, when installing packages manually through "Software Management" I won't be viewing the latest things. I think it would be smarter if the list were updated every time I requested them to be. A button, for example, that I could press on every single source, or for ALL sources at once.

Another concern I have is for the "refresh" status of the sources. Most of them are set to "Enabled : ON" and "Refresh : ON" (ON/ON respectively) except the installation DVD source is OFF/OFF (I don't need it anymore).
This is what my Installation Sources looks like:

on/on - ....official SUSE update, mirror
on/on - ....packman, mirror
on/on - http://software.opensuse.org/downloa...USE_Linux_10.1
on/off - http://ftp.skynet.be/pub/suser-guru/rpm/10.1
on/off - http://suse.mirrors.tds.net/pub/open....1/inst-source
on/off - http://suse.mirrors.tds.net/pub/open...ss-inst-source
off/off - ....installation DVD

When I make guru "refresh : ON" and press "Finish" and reload the "installation sources" program, it is automatically back to "refresh : OFF" but the others haven't changed, Why ?
