    Configuring networking settings

Okay linux is installed, and i'm running a wifi card which picked up as far as i can tell during the installation. The problem is i need to change the default gateway, and the static ip. Where do i do this i looked at the network tools and i can't find anywhere to plug these numbers.

Yast>Network Devices>Network card...select your Wlan card and click edit...change your IP settings...then click the routing button and change your gateway...hit ok and next until you've exited and your done.

also if you are using WEP or no security to connect try Kwifimanager. It's included in suse. It lets you scan and change access points with a simpy point and click.

Okay i have it setup like this

    IP address: 192.168.151.1
    Subnet: 255.255.255.192

Is the dns a name server? I was trying to find a spot to put it. The dns is
    192.168.0.1

Now when i go to the network icon in the corner and try to connect to my router it asks me for a pass key. I use 128bit wep encryption in infrastructer mode. I entered it and it doesn't seem to be taking it. As far as i can tell it has an open mode ad hoc, and shared key. Any ideas?
